Effective: August 13, 2026
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and NextGen Speech AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NextGen,” “Ramsa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using ramsaspeech.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Scope
These Terms govern the public Ramsa Speech AI marketing website. They are not a license to use a Ramsa model, API, production service, custom voice, or other commercial offering. Any pilot, API access, paid service, or production use requires a separate written agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement controls for its subject matter.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.
3. Intellectual property and limited permission
The site, Ramsa Speech AI name and logo, voice samples, text, graphics, product information, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to NextGen and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to view the site and listen to public samples solely to evaluate Ramsa Speech AI for lawful business use.
No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, sell, sublicense, remove notices from, or create derivative works from site materials except with our written permission or where law expressly permits.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Use the site or its materials for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.
- Scrape, harvest, bulk download, or systematically extract site content or voice samples.
- Use site materials or samples to train, tune, benchmark for replication, or build an AI or speech model or dataset.
- Reverse engineer, clone, imitate, or attempt to derive a speaker identity, model, dataset, or technical method from Ramsa materials.
- Impersonate another person; falsely suggest endorsement; or use voice materials to mislead people about who is speaking.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or interfere with the site, security controls, or other users.
5. Voice samples and AI limitations
Public voice samples and product descriptions are illustrative. Output, latency, pronunciation, expressiveness, availability, supported features, and integration behavior can vary and may change. AI-generated speech may contain errors or require review for a particular audience or context. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of production performance, legal compliance, or fitness for a specific use.
A voice sample does not claim to be, identify, or imply endorsement by a real person unless we expressly say so. Custom voice programs are subject to separate eligibility, consent, verification, and contractual requirements.
6. Inquiry submissions
You represent that information you submit is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. You allow us to use it to review and respond to your inquiry and manage a potential business relationship, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information, source code, personal data about others, or trade secrets before we enter an appropriate written agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to third-party services. We do not control third-party content, availability, terms, or privacy practices, and a link does not necessarily mean we endorse the third party.
8. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal obligations, or operational issues.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete, or that information will remain current. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextGen and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the public website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law, state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website.
12. General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, or sale. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement about use of the public website.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively. Questions about these Terms may be sent through the Ramsa contact form.
