Effective: August 13, 2026
NextGen Speech AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“NextGen,” “Ramsa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates ramsaspeech.ai. This Policy applies to this public website and its inquiry form. Customer deployments, APIs, pilots, and paid services may be covered by separate agreements and notices.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, company, direct phone number, and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive or confidential information through the form.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser and device information, request time, referring page, pages requested, and security or error logs. We do not currently use advertising pixels or nonessential analytics on this site.
2. How we use information
- Respond to product, demo, partnership, media, and privacy inquiries.
- Evaluate potential business relationships and take steps you request before entering a contract.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
- Comply with law and protect our rights, users, systems, and others.
- Send marketing communications only where permitted and with a way to opt out.
3. Legal bases for EEA and UK visitors
Where applicable, we process personal information to take steps you request before entering a contract; for our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, operating and securing the site, and protecting our rights; with consent where required; and to meet legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
4. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, email, and business operations; to professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and insurers; to authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Our contact form uses a server-side relay provided by FormSubmit. The visitor's browser does not receive our internal recipient addresses. FormSubmit processes the submitted fields to deliver the inquiry and states that submissions may remain in its archive for up to 30 days.
5. Sale, sharing, and advertising
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the website to serve targeted advertisements. If these practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any legally required choices before the change applies.
6. International transfers
NextGen is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards for these transfers.
7. Retention
We generally retain business inquiries for up to 24 months after the last interaction so we can respond, maintain relationship history, and manage our business. We may keep information longer when reasonably needed for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or a legal hold. Technical logs are retained according to our providers' operational and security schedules. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of this site. No system or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; appeal a decision; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification.
To make a request, use our contact form and state that your message is a privacy request.
10. California and tracking disclosures
California residents may request information about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, recipient categories, and specific pieces of information, and may request correction or deletion where applicable. In the preceding 12 months, we have collected identifiers and internet or network activity described above for the purposes in this Policy and disclosed them to service providers. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Browsers may offer “Do Not Track” or other preference signals. Because we do not currently use targeted advertising or nonessential analytics, the site does not change behavior in response to those signals.
11. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can address it.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.
13. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as our website, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. For questions or requests, contact NextGen Speech AI, LLC through the Ramsa contact form.
